2008 Fall/Winter/Spring season rates—Low-season

Coulter Lake’s Fall/Winter/Spring low season starts September (after Labor Day) and runs through May.

Here are the details on rates...

Fall/Winter/Spring low-season rates are based on nightly lodging with no minimum stay required. Meals are purchased separately with three meals available daily. Breakfasts are $8.95, lunches $9.95, and dinners $16.95 plus tax and gratuities. Activities are also available for additional cost.

The charge per carload to pick up or drop off guests is:

• $50 for Glenwood Springs
• $100 for Grand Junction or Vail

There's no charge to meet guests in Rifle.

Group rates are available per cabin. Lodging for children 5 and under is FREE.

Your pet may be accommodated during Fall/Winter/Spring low season. Please contact us to finalize arrangements for your pet prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages or cleanup required.

All buildings at Coulter Lake Guest Ranch are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside of the buildings in the designated areas.

Available Guided Activities

• Guided Snowmobile Tours into the White River National Forest, per person, $40 per hour, $100 for 3 hours, and $195 for 6 hours, per snowmobile with guide. Lunch is provided for 6 hour and longer rides.
• Horseback Riding, $35 per person, per 1-hour ride, and $70 for 2.5 hours. Reservations must be made in advance. Horseback riding is unavailable between November and April. Horses are off mountain at this time.

A 3.9% tax and 15% Service Charge will be added to the final bill.

A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. Any reservation cancelled more than 60 days in advance will receive a full deposit less a 10% administrative fee up to $100. Reservations cancelled within 60 days will forfeit the deposit unless the reserved space can be fully rented in which case the deposit will be refunded less the 10% administrative fee up to $100.

Phone reservations will be held for 14 days.
